Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Show Me Dashboards ("we"), 609 N. Acacia Ave., Clever, MO 65631, collects when you use PayloadSanitizer, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name and email address, collected when you sign up.
• Webhook payloads: the data your configured sources send to your PayloadSanitizer endpoints, both as received and after cleaning, along with delivery status, response codes, and timing.
• Billing information: subscription status and identifiers from our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
• Technical data: basic request logs (such as IP address and browser type) needed to operate and secure the Service.

How we use it

• to provide the Service: processing, forwarding, and logging your webhooks;
• to show you delivery history and enforce plan limits;
• to manage your subscription and send account or billing emails;
• to keep the Service secure and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal information or use your payloads for advertising.

Service providers

We share data only with the providers needed to run the Service:

• Clerk for authentication and account management;
• Neon for database hosting (United States);
• Google Cloud / Firebase for application hosting;
• Stripe for payment processing, invoices, and tax calculation. We are the seller. We never see or store your full card number.

Payloads are also sent to the destinations you configure (for example your own server or a Slack workspace); those destinations are governed by their own policies.

Retention

Webhook logs are deleted automatically after 7 days on the Free plan and 30 days on Pro. We keep your account data while your account is active. Deleting an endpoint deletes its logs. If you delete your account, or ask us to, we delete your data within 30 days, except where we must keep billing records by law.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing james@showmedashboards.com. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have additional rights, which we will honor.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest by our hosting providers, and access is restricted to what is needed to operate the Service.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated by email.
