Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PayloadSanitizer (the "Service"), a software-as-a-service product operated by Show Me Dashboards ("we", "us"), 609 N. Acacia Ave., Clever, MO 65631. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

PayloadSanitizer is self-serve software. You create endpoints in the web dashboard, point your webhook sources at them, and the Service automatically cleans, maps, and forwards incoming payloads to the destinations you configure. All processing is performed by the software; we do not provide custom development, consulting, or other manual services.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.

3. Plans and usage limits

• Free: up to 500 processed webhooks per calendar month, with delivery logs kept for 7 days.
• Pro: $15 per month or $150 per year for up to 10,000 processed webhooks per calendar month. Pro includes 30-day logs, automatic retries, signed requests, the payload log inspector, and re-try.

Requests beyond your monthly limit are rejected until the next calendar month or until you upgrade. Current plan details are always shown on the pricing page.

4. Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed by us through Stripe, which processes the payment and can add sales tax or VAT where we are registered to collect it. You can choose monthly or yearly billing. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; Pro stays available until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• send, store, or forward unlawful, infringing, or malicious content;
• transmit payment card numbers, government ID numbers, health records, or other special categories of sensitive data;
• send spam or attack, probe, or overload any system, including our own;
• circumvent usage limits, resell the Service, or access it by automated means other than the documented endpoints.

We may suspend endpoints or accounts that violate these rules.

6. Your data

You retain all rights to the payloads you send through the Service. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and forward that data solely to operate the Service for you. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every webhook will be delivered, and you are responsible for keeping your own copies of business-critical data.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Show Me Dashboards will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in the dashboard. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in the State of Missouri are the exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
