Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with PayloadSanitizer. The Free plan lets you try the software before paying, and the Pro plan ($15/month or $150/year) comes with the guarantee below.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Pro, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full, no questions asked.

After the first 14 days

You can cancel at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time in a billing period.

Exceptions

If you were charged in error, or the Service was unavailable for an extended period because of a problem on our side, contact us and we will make it right.

How to request a refund

Email james@showmedashboards.com from the address on your account, or reply to your receipt. You can also write to Show Me Dashboards, 609 N. Acacia Ave., Clever, MO 65631. Refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
